Physical, neurological, developmental and acquired disabilities. The in-home assessment identifies the specific functional and clinical needs, and we match the right tier of care professional accordingly.
Can care be long-term or permanent?
Yes, most disability care engagements are ongoing. The care plan is reviewed monthly by a registered nurse and evolves with the individual’s needs.
Will we get the same caregiver every time?
Consistency is a core principle of our disability care. We assign a consistent care professional wherever possible, with trained cover arranged for leave periods.
Is disability care available outside Lagos?
Yes, across all 36 states and the FCT, coordinated from our Lagos head office.
How do you train caregivers for disability care?
Every caregiver graduates from the Insyt Caregiver Academy, which covers safe transfers, pressure-area care, communication and dignity-centred practice before any deployment.
