Phase 1 opens with a small founding group of residents, so places are limited by design. Joining the priority list costs nothing and commits you to nothing; it simply means your family hears first about tours, admissions and founding arrangements.
Until the Care Home opens, families who need support today can begin with elderly care at home, many founding residents will transition from our home care programme with their care records intact.

The Insyt Care Home is Insyt FamilyCare’s flagship residential facility in Ajah, Lagos, a resort-style care home built around a garden courtyard, with private rooms, a couple’s suite, 24/7 nursing coverage and full family visibility through the Insyt Care App. It is currently in development, and the priority list is open.
How is it different from a traditional nursing home?
It’s designed to feel like a boutique retreat, not an institution: residents wake up to gardens rather than corridors, eat in a proper dining room, join weekly activity programming, and live in private rooms with patio access, all ground-level and fully wheelchair-accessible, with hospital-grade care running quietly underneath.

Elderly residents who need more support than home-based care can provide, families seeking a safe, dignified residential option, and couples who want to stay together, there is a dedicated couple’s suite in Phase 1.
How do families stay informed?
Exactly as with our home care: the Insyt Care App. Families see daily vitals, medication logs, meals, activities and nursing notes in real time, plus monthly reports and video consultation requests with the Care Manager.
