About the Care App

What is the Insyt Care App?
The Insyt Care App is the technology behind every Insyt FamilyCare engagement. Care professionals clock in and out with GPS verification, log vitals and daily activities, and document care notes, and authorised family members see it all in real time on their dashboard, from anywhere in the world.
What exactly can families see?
GPS-verified arrival and departure times, daily vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), medication logs, meals, fluid intake and exercise (the daily ADL report), caregiver notes, and monthly nursing review summaries, plus downloadable trend reports.
Can records be edited or faked?
No. Records are timestamped and tamper-proof. Clock-ins are GPS-verified at the client’s location. This is precisely why the app exists, accountability you can verify, not promises you have to take on trust.
How many family members can have access?
Every authorised family member can have dashboard access, siblings in three countries can all watch the same care, live. Access is controlled by the account holder.
Does the app work if my parent lives outside Lagos?
Yes. The Care App runs on every engagement in every state; it’s how our clinical team in Lagos supervises care nationwide, and how your family stays informed regardless of geography.
Is my family’s health data secure?
Yes. Care records are private to your family and our supervising clinical team, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. You control who has dashboard access.
