How do I arrange care for my parents in Nigeria while living abroad?
Message us on WhatsApp from anywhere in the world. We hold a virtual consultation with you, conduct an in-home assessment with your parent anywhere in Nigeria, and send you a written care plan and quote. You approve everything remotely, then follow daily care on the Insyt Care App.
Can I pay from the UK, US or Canada?
Yes. Diaspora families can pay in USD or GBP through convenient international channels, on a simple monthly subscription. We confirm payment options during your consultation.
How do I know the caregiver is actually there every day?
Every shift starts with a GPS-verified clock-in on the Insyt Care App. You see arrival times, daily vitals, meals, fluids, medication logs and care notes in real time, with tamper-proof records. It is the closest thing to being there.
What if my parents live outside Lagos?
We deploy to all 36 states and the FCT. Whether your parents are in Owerri, Benin City, Ilorin, Jos or Kano, deployment is coordinated from our Lagos head office with full clinical supervision.
Can multiple siblings get updates?
Yes, every authorised family member gets dashboard access. The family WhatsApp group finally gets facts instead of guesswork.
What happens in an emergency?
Our care professionals escalate immediately to our clinical team and to your family, and support getting your parent to the nearest hospital. For emergencies, hospital care always comes first; we provide the planned, continuous care around it.
